Job Description:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle leads, customer follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
- Motivate and support the sales team to improve performance.
- Monitor team activities and provide regular performance updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth sales processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Candidates with an existing sales team will be preferred.
