The team
The CRB trading team is at the forefront of innovation in automated cash equities trading and has a broad mandate within the bank. We aim to maximise automation and trading revenues through advanced technology, quantitative analysis and disciplined risk management.

Your skills and experience
• 5 to 15 years of experience building algorithmic trading software
• bachelor's degree from an IIT, NIT, or equivalent institution in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• strong knowledge of Java, computer networks, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems
• proven experience developing low-latency, GC-free applications and high-performance trading systems
• solid understanding of Equities, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, FX, or related asset classes
• hands-on experience with exchanges,
market data platforms, OMS systems, and RFQ platforms
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to improve trading outcomes
• prior experience in a regulated role is an advantage
• Curiosity to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
