We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Sales Coordinator located in Chennai, India.

Your tasks:

- Communication with national (if necessary international) customers (in writing and by telephone)
- Customer service and information of the customers regarding the product portfolio of test probes and test fixture parts




- First level customer support for example on consulting for alternative product solutions
- Creation and tracking of quotations
- Creation of internal Purchase Orders
- Close cooperation with Headquarter
- Processing of customer orders and follow up on payments
- Coordination of special deliveries at the customers’ requests
- Maintain customer portals
- Preparing weekly reports (booking and billing)
- Processing of complaints

Your skills:

- University degree or diploma in mechanical or electronical engineering or similar
2-3 years of working experience in similar position
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems (preferred SAP)
- Ability to work in a team
- High customer focus with ability to empathize with others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eye for details and ability to work with numbers
- Valuable problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a structured manner
- Good knowledge in English (oral and written)
