Roles & responsibilities

We are hiring an individual with Project management experience to drive Culture agenda, particularly in the design and implementation of Culture programmes.

The role will be varied, including designing and supporting various activities to drive Culture initiatives within KRC that includes preparing Culture project plan, working closely with Culture lead and Ambassadors,



preparing agenda for Culture Working group (CWG) and publishing minutes along with actions.

This role will be part of the wider team under the Change & Transformation lead, reporting to the Change & Transformation manager to embed our culture ambition of Integrity, Accountability, Professionalism, Culture of Challenge and Culture of High Support.

•Working closely with the CWG to provide support on current culture initiatives and drive projects to fulfil the culture ambition.

•Support project deliverables to ensure that culture change opportunities are identified, assessed, planned/designed and delivered.

•Documenting the policy, procedures and practices to embed Culture Ambition at KRC.

•Provide logistics support to drive Culture initiatives

•Encourage participation and engagement in the culture events

Educational qualifications

Bachelors degree - Any stream.

PMP/PRINCE2 - Preferred

Work experience

3+ years of relevant experience in Project management.
