Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for one of our leading clients in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be fluent in Telugu and English, and be comfortable working from the office in a structured day-shift environment. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.

- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style in Telugu and English.

- Adhere to office protocols and work full-time from the assigned location.

- Maintain daily logs and updates as per company guidelines.





- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support that encourages repeat engagement.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Graduate (any discipline).

- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.

- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Willingness to work from the office full-time.

- Freshers or candidates with prior customer support experience can apply.

- Ability to work in a structured day-shift environment.

- Salary: ₹17,000 Net Take Home (NTH) + ₹8,000 Variable Pay
