About the Client

Our client is a global biopharmaceuticalcompany focused on the development and manufacture of biosimilar medicines. SAPis their enterprise ERP platform, covering manufacturing, quality management,planning, production scheduling, warehouse management, finance and HR. TheirGMP manufacturing plants operate 24x7, and the SAP landscape supporting themmust be available and stable around the clock.

Role Summary

We are looking for an SAP IBP consultant tosupport supply chain planning for a biopharmaceutical client. The consultantwill keep demand, supply and S&OP; planning processes running reliably,resolve issues in planning jobs and integrations, and help planners improveforecast quality and supply decisions in a regulated,



shelf-life-sensitiveenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

• ProvideL1.5,L2/L3 support for SAP IBP, resolving incidents and service requests withinSLA

• SupportIBP for Demand, Supply (heuristics/optimizer), Inventory and S&OPprocesses;, and Response & Supply where used

• Monitorand troubleshoot application jobs, planning operators and data loads

• Supportintegration with S/4HANA or ECC via SAP CPI-DS / Cloud Integration, includingdata errors and failed transfers

• Maintainplanning areas, key figures, attributes, planning views, Excel add-in templatesand dashboards

• Supportthe monthly S&OP; / IBP cycle and help planners with forecasting models andstatistical forecasts

• Performroot-cause analysis for data and planning issues and implement permanent fixes

• SupportSAP quarterly IBP releases: impact assessment, regression testing andcommunication

• Workclosely with PP-DS, PP-PI and EWM consultants on end-to-end planning andexecution issues

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-7years of SAP supply chain experience with at least 3 years hands-on in SAP IBP

• Process-industryexperience (pharma, biotech, life sciences, chemicals or similar)

• Strongknowledge of IBP configuration: planning areas, key figures, planning levels,operators and the Excel add-in





• Hands-onexperience with CPI-DS or SAP Cloud Integration for IBP data flows

• Goodunderstanding of demand planning, supply planning and S&OP; processes

• Atleast one production support engagement and preferably one full-cycleimplementation

Preferred / Added Advantage

• CombinedIBP and PP-DS experience (strong advantage)

• Experienceplanning for batch-managed, shelf-life-constrained products

• Exposureto GMP / GxP and computer system validation

• Priorexperience with SAP APO DP/SNP

Work Conditions

• Thisis a 24x7 production support role for live GMP manufacturing operations. Thecandidate will work in a rotational shift / on-call model as agreed with theclient.

• Mustbe flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when a critical (P1/P2)incident affecting manufacturing needs to be resolved.

• Mustfollow ITIL-based incident, problem and change management, and the client's GxPchange-control procedures.

• Mustbe able to work with global, multi-time-zone teams including business users,IT, QA/compliance and other SAP module consultants.

Soft Skills

• Clearwritten and spoken English; able to explain issues and fixes to shop-floor, QAand business users

• Calm,structured approach under pressure during production-down situations

• Strongroot-cause analysis and documentation discipline (RCA, KEDB, SOPs, testevidence)

• Ownershipmindset: follows an incident through to closure and permanent fix

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering.

• SAPcertification in the relevant module is preferred

• Validpassport and willingness to travel to client sites for short periods ifrequired
