Job Description

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or M.Com.
- Sound accounting knowledge.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
- Flexible to work in all shifts.
- Good communication skills.
- Efficient query management and resolution as per process guidelines.
- Escalate issues to the supervisor based on materiality and complexity.
- Prepare process-related reports.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, including escalated query handling.
- Resolve queries involving inter-team dependencies (e.g., invoice status, payments).
- Handle high-value billing and other priority transactions with urgency.
- Accurately update daily count sheets and trackers.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
