Job Title: Business Development Executive – Financial Products

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to work on banking and financial-product campaigns. The role involves partner acquisition, lead generation, application follow-up and conversion tracking for products such as savings accounts, credit cards, insurance, demat accounts and related financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a network of agents, freelancers, DSAs, digital marketers and local channel partners.
- Generate quality applications and eligible customer leads through calling, WhatsApp, referrals, social media and partner activations.
- Explain campaign process, eligibility, documentation and payout structure to partners.
- Follow up on submitted applications until approval, activation or final status.
- Coordinate for basic KYC/document requirements and maintain accurate application records.
- Track daily leads, applications, approvals, activations and partner-wise performance on Excel/Google Sheets.




- Reactivate inactive partners and ensure new partners complete their first successful cases.
- Attend selected market meetings or partner presentations when required.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year experience in Banking Sales, Fintech, Insurance, Loan DSA, Credit Card Sales, Financial Lead Generation, Partner Acquisition or Digital Marketing.
- Experience of handling agents, referral partners, channel partners or freelancers will be preferred.
- Good Hindi communication and professional follow-up skills are essential.
- Comfortable with monthly targets and performance-based incentives.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business preferred.
- Candidates from Indore or nearby locations preferred.
