Designation: Store Incharge – CoCo (Company Owned, Company Operated) Retail Store

Position description: Own end-to-end operations of an AgroStar CoCo retail store, drive sales and farmer footfall, maintain inventory and cash accuracy, and deliver a high-quality farmer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and compliance with company SOPs.

- Achieve sales targets for Gross Sales, Net Sales, GM%, and Unique Farmers.

- Drive sales of seeds, crop protection, nutrition products, and related services.

- Build farmer relationships, acquire new farmers, retain existing customers, and improve farmer satisfaction.

- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, product storage, billing, cash collections, and reconciliation.

- Maintain operational records and submit performance reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Support farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and local marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with store helpers, Cluster/Area Managers, Supply Chain, and HR teams.

- Collect farmer feedback and support NPS improvement initiatives.
