Job Description

Doon Earth Solutions is looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, supervise workers, maintain work quality, and ensure timely completion of waterproofing and anti-termite treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily waterproofing and anti-termite treatment work at customer sites.
- Manage labour teams and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure proper application of chemicals and treatment materials according to company standards.
- Monitor work quality, safety, and timely project completion.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and share updates with management.
- Coordinate with customers regarding work schedules and site requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.
- Conduct site inspections and identify work-related issues.
- Ensure proper cleaning and handover after project completion.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience in construction, waterproofing, civil work, or site supervision preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and site management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites independently.
- Must be willing to travel to different project locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with good site management skills may also apply.
