Job Description :

NIROG Hospital is looking for physically fit, disciplined, alert, and responsible Bouncers to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. The candidate should be capable of managing crowds, handling difficult situations calmly, and maintaining a safe and peaceful hospital environment.

Requirements :

- Minimum age 22 years
- Minimum 12th pass
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Physically fit and presentable

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure the safety and security of hospital premises, patients, visitors, and staff.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors and other individuals.
- Manage crowds and maintain discipline in the emergency department, reception, and other hospital areas.
- Prevent unauthorized entry, disturbances,



and unwanted incidents.
- Handle aggressive or unruly individuals calmly and professionally.
- Support hospital security staff during emergencies and critical situations.
- Conduct regular security rounds and report suspicious activities to the concerned authority.
- Follow hospital security protocols and instructions from management.
- Maintain proper coordination with hospital administration and security personnel.
