Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Leader to manage daily team activities, monitor performance, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for team supervision, work allocation, customer coordination, performance monitoring, and ensuring efficient execution of assigned tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Coordinate with sales, service, operations, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, discipline,



and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain daily activity reports, performance trackers, MIS reports, and other departmental records.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve team efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members on processes, product knowledge, customer handling, and work standards.
- Ensure effective communication between team members, management, and other departments.
- Support management in planning, target setting, resource allocation, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce delays, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.
- Prepare regular performance updates and present progress reports to senior management.

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
- BBA, B.Com, or MBA in Marketing or Management will be preferred.
- Engineering qualifications may be preferred for technical sales, service, or operations teams.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
