Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential clients through outbound communication channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.
- Engage prospects professionally and introduce Isuremedia's digital marketing and IT services.
- Identify key decision-makers, including business owners, agency owners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, service needs, and potential fit.
- Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect information, communication history, and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to maintain engagement and generate meeting opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach, lead qualification, and appointment-setting targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and meeting details.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects across international markets, particularly the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with international clients, preferably in the USA, Canada, UK, or Australian markets.
- Proficiency in Hindi ,English, and Punjabi with a strong verbal communication skils.
- Strong cold-calling, cold-emailing, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with targets, manage multiple prospects, and maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to work the Canadian shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.What We Offer
