1. Cash Operations & Management

- Handle all cash transactions (inflow and outflow) safely and efficiently.
- Collect loan EMI payments, down payments, and processing fees via cash or digital payment modes.
- Issue valid, system-generated receipts for every payment collected.
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation by counting the cash drawer against system balances to ensure zero mismatches.

2. Banking & Treasury Support

- Sort, count, and securely pack currency for bank deposits.
- To deposit daily branch collections and maintain accurate bank deposit slips.

3. Compliance & Verification

- Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal audit requirements.

4. Customer Support & Cross-Selling

- Attend to customer queries regarding payment schedules, loan accounts, and outstanding balances politely.
- Assist the branch team by identifying customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduate degree mandatory.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience. Freshers with good math skills and computer knowledge are welcome for entry-level vacancies.
