Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

Manage inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Understand customer needs, address queries, and provide effective solutions.

Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.

Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

Identify customer requirements and recommend relevant products or services.

Convert potential leads into successful sales while achieving monthly targets and performance KPIs.

Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions and close sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and sales updates in the CRM system.

Process Compliance & Performance

Adhere to UK process guidelines, calling scripts, and company policies.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.

Consistently meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and organizational goals.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with explicit pronunciation and a neutral accent.

Experience in BPO, international sales, customer service, or international calling is preferred; UK process experience will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

A target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.

Willingness to work in UK shifts and meet defined performance expectations.
