Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide course information, and support enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and support marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Conduct campus tours and assist during admission drives/events.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
- Ability to convince and counsel students effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
