Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused professional to support daily dialysis centre operations, improve patient experience, and coordinate with medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Enhance patient experience through regular interaction and timely grievance resolution.
- Coordinate with doctors and paramedical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage patient queries received in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels.
- Maintain staff duty rosters and address staff-related grievances.
- Ensure implementation of quality standards and centre operating procedures.
- Support centre marketing activities and patient acquisition.
- Maintain patient records, manage data,



and work on the Ayushman Portal.
- Assist in daily centre administration and ensure smooth operations.

- Good coordination, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Basic computer and data management skills.
