Position: Computer Operator

About the Role: ORVO (health tech software) is looking for Computer Operators to be deployed at doctors’ clinics in Sri Ganganagar. The role involves helping doctors and clinic staff transition from manual processes to the ORVO software/application and assisting patients with using the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily software entries, patient records and appointment bookings.
- Assist doctors/clinic staff in using the ORVO application.
- Guide patients about ORVO and help them book appointments through the app.
- Assist patients with making consultation/doctor fee payments through the application.




- Handle basic computer and data-entry work at the clinic.
- May be assigned/rotated between different doctors' clinics as per business requirements.

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and polite personality.
- Comfortable interacting with patients and handling public dealing.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
- Freshers can also apply.
