Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships and update sales records.
Requirements:
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation and customer-handling abilities.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
