CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (Females) - PONDICHERRY
- Source recent sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Language fluency in Tamil, English & Hindi Must.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Added advantage for additional language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)
Exp: 0 to 1yr.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
