Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through phone, email, IndiaMART, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups on leads and enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and share them with customers after approval.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and enquiry reports in ERP and Excel.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and service departments for order status and delivery schedules.
- Track pending enquiries and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.




- Ensure timely communication with customers and support the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer-oriented approach and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; BBA or B.Com preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing or machinery industries will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Responsible, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable coordinating with customers and internal departments.
- Willing to learn about food-processing machinery, including chapati and khakhra-making machines.
