About the Role

Vyas Enterprises is a manufacturer and supplier of agarbatti raw materials, serving customers across India since 2016. We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers and explain product details, quality, and pricing.
- Follow up with interested customers and pending enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with product selection.
- Maintain customer records and update enquiry status.
- Coordinate with the team regarding orders and customer queries.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Previous sales or telecalling experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
