About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machines Service Engineer to oversee the maintenance, service, and smooth operational performance of our CNC, VMC, and HMC machinery at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shop-Floor & Manpower Management: Effectively manage and supervise daily CNC machine shop operations and allocate shop-floor workforce/manpower to optimize production schedules.
- Machine Maintenance & Service: Perform preventative maintenance and timely servicing of all CNC, VMC, and HMC machines to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.
- AMC Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with OEM/machine brand service teams for routine and specialized maintenance covered under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Operator Training: Train shop floor operators on basic troubleshooting,



machine maintenance, and proper operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining CNC, VMC, and HMC machinery.
- Location Preference: Must be a local resident of Palghar district (or willing to commute daily without relocation issues).
- Skills: Solid diagnostic ability for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic machine faults; clear communication for coordinating with vendors and training machine operators.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
