WE ARE HIRING | SR. ENGINEER – ENGINEERING (EMS)

Location: Pune
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Electronics / E&TC; / Electrical / Mechanical
Industry: EMS / Electronics Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Handle engineering activities for SMT, THT, PCBA, box build, and final assembly.
- Support NPI, new product introduction, line setup, and process development.
- Review BOM, Gerber files, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and process flow documents.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive RCA, CAPA, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize processes to improve yield, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Purchase, customers, and suppliers.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, validation, and engineering change management.




- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in EMS / PCBA / PCB assembly.
- Knowledge of SMT, THT, Pick & Place, SPI, AOI, Reflow, and soldering processes.
- Understanding of NPI, DFM/DFT, PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D/RCA.
- Positive problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
- SAP/ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred.

Preferred Industry: EMS, Automotive Electronics, or PCB Assembly.
