Job Summary

The Professional Hair Salon & Spa (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive with prior experience in selling professional salon products, developing business relationships with salons, and promoting beauty and haircare brands.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, acquiring new salon clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, driving product sales, and increasing brand awareness across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell professional salon products, haircare products, styling products, and other beauty-related products.
- Identify new business opportunities by visiting salons, hair studios, beauty parlours, and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, salon managers, hairstylists, and beauty professionals.
- Conduct regular market visits to promote the brand, explain product benefits, and generate sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Increase product visibility, market penetration, and brand awareness.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features, benefits, usage, and competitive advantages.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Encourage repeat orders and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, payments, and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer databases, orders, and sales reports.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, salon events, and brand-building initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in professional salon products, haircare, cosmetics, or the beauty industry.
- Prior experience selling products to salons, salon chains, hairstylists, or beauty professionals is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of skilled salon products and the salon business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage an assigned territory independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for salon visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting is an advantage.

- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Number of new salon clients acquired.
- Growth in repeat orders and existing customer accounts.
- Territory-wise sales growth and market coverage.
- Productive salon visits and client conversions.
- Brand visibility and product promotion effectiveness.
- Timely collection of outstanding payments, where applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven professional who understands the salon industry and can effectively promote professional beauty products among salon owners and beauty professionals.

Candidates with experience in professional haircare, salon cosmetics, hair colour, hair treatments, or salon product distribution brands will be preferred.
