Retail Cashier – Saints & Sinners

Location: Thiruvalla, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

Saints & Sinners is an upcoming premium health, beauty, wellness and lifestyle retail store. We are looking for a reliable, organised and customer-friendly cashier to manage billing and payment transactions and support smooth daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Operate the POS billing system and process customer purchases accurately.

⁠ ⁠Handle cash, UPI, card and other accepted payment methods.

⁠ ⁠Generate bills and receipts and assist with product packing.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate cash records and perform daily cash reconciliation.

⁠ ⁠Handle billing-related customer queries professionally.

⁠ ⁠Assist with returns and exchanges according to store policy.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with floor assistants regarding product prices, discounts and promotions.

⁠ ⁠Maintain an organised checkout counter.

⁠ ⁠Prepare end-of-day billing and cash reports.





⁠ ⁠Support other store operations when required.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Basic numerical and computer skills.

⁠ ⁠Good communication and customer-service skills.

⁠ ⁠Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.

⁠ ⁠Ability to handle payments accurately and work efficiently during busy periods.

⁠ ⁠Previous cashier, billing or retail experience is preferred but not compulsory.

⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn POS software and store procedures.
