F. Robin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its business development team and looking for a results-driven BDM who can build new client relationships and drive staffing business growth.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 10-12 Years
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B Business Development / Staffing Sales
- Ability to identify, approach and onboard current clients
- Solid network across IT, Healthcare, Engineering or other industries
- Candidates with an existing client portfolio / active client relationships will be highly preferred
- Experience in acquiring Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, RPO or staffing accounts
- Robust skills in client pitching, negotiation, account management and revenue generation
- Self-driven professional with a strong focus on new business, closures and long-term client relationships
Your Mission: Bring new business. Build strong client partnerships. Drive revenue growth.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
