Google Ads Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a Google Ads Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients. The role focuses on improving campaign performance, generating quality leads and sales, controlling advertising costs, and maximizing conversions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research and manage match types, bidding strategies, budgets, ad groups, and ad assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze search terms, identify wasted ad spend, and implement performance improvements.
- Manage multiple client accounts and monitor campaign budgets and results.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend actionable optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve landing pages, lead quality, and campaign outcomes.
- Ensure campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and best practices.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of professional Google Ads experience required,



preferably in a digital marketing agency managing real client campaigns. Freshers without professional campaign experience are not eligible.
