- MEP Planning & Design Coordination: Review architectural and structural drawings, manage design consultants, and run clash-detection (using BIM/AutoCAD) for tight hospital ceilings and shaft spaces.
- HVAC & Critical Care Systems: Oversee specialized hospital HVAC installations, including cleanrooms, negative/positive pressure isolation rooms, operation theatre (OT) airflows, and HEPA filtration compliance.
- Electrical & Power Systems: Manage high-side/low-side electrical distributions, uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), standby diesel generators, and critical life-safety hospital circuits.
- Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS): Coordinate the installation and pressure testing of medical gas pipelines (oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum, compressed air) essential for patient wards and OTs.
- Fire Protection & Plumbing: Supervise fire alarm systems, sprinkler networks, hydrants, smoke management, specialized hospital drainage,



and infection-control plumbing layouts.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Lead MEP contractors, review shop drawings, evaluate material submittals, and track site execution against master schedules.
- Testing & Commissioning: Drive Integrated Testing & Commissioning (IT&C;), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), cleanroom validation, and handover of operation manuals and As-Built Drawings.
- Statutory Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with local health authority norms, National Building Code (NBC), fire safety codes, and strict hospital site safety protocols.

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
