Job Purpose
To improve the productivity and to ensure Zero breakdown.
Principal Responsibilities
- To maintain Zero breakdown in Electrical equipment & Mechanical.
- To ensure statutory regulations under various acts in utility machines.
- To control manpower utilization.
- To be supportive during shift operation for achieving production target.
- To control Repair and maintenance Cost of process and utility section.
- To adhere Positive Engineering Practices at process and utility.
- To monitor all the electrical installations including DG/Cooling tower/UPS/Chilling plant/bottling equipments/ WTP /ETP/STP etc.
- To ensure the safety norms and to follow GMP.
- To assist project manager for execution of projects.
- To maintain Zero breakdown in process and other functional departments.
- To ensure statutory regulations under various depts. like boiler, pressure vessels etc.
- To ensure Zero breakdown in Production areas related to electronics.
- To implement energy saving techniques.
Candidate Specification
- Work Experience: 7-10 years.
- Target Industry/Company: Food and Beverage Industry
- Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation
- Knowledge In Depth: Electrical HT and LT equipments. Variable frequency drives, PLCs, Bottling equipments, High pressure compressors, LP compressors, chilling plant, Boilers, Generators, HVAC, blowing machines and UPS.
