About the Role: We are looking for a Business Development Manager with robust industry networking and project identification skills to identify upcoming construction projects and generate business opportunities for our construction equipment and rebar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify upcoming and ongoing construction, infrastructure and industrial projects.

· Build relationships with builders, EPC contractors, developers, project managers, consultants and purchase teams.

· Track project awards, tenders and construction progress to identify early sales opportunities.





· Pitch company products based on project requirements and procurement timelines.

· Conduct client meetings, project visits, negotiations and follow-ups.

· Maintain project leads and sales pipeline in CRM/Excel.

· Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, business development and order closures.

Requirements

· 5–8 years of experience in Inside Sales/Business Development.

· Experience in construction equipment, infrastructure, EPC, cement, RMC or building materials preferred.

· Strong project networking and lead generation skills.

· Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

· Willingness to travel for client and project visits.

Working Hours

· Timings 09:45 AM To 6:30 PM
