- Experience in fabric sourcing, textile purchasing, fabric merchandising, or a similar role in a garment export house is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of different fabric types, compositions, constructions, GSM, width, and textile specifications.
- Identify and source suitable fabrics based on buyer requirements, garment specifications, and order needs.
- Coordinate with fabric mills, textile manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to obtain quotations, samples, and fabric details.
- Assist in price negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive rates and cost-effective sourcing.
- Collect and evaluate fabric quotations based on price, quality, composition, construction, width, GSM, and lead time.
- Coordinate fabric development, lab dips, fabric swatches, and sample submissions as per buyer requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for fabric availability, sample approvals, bulk fabric orders, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor fabric lead times and ensure timely delivery to meet production and shipment deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
