We are looking for a Program Manager to lead product development initiatives from planning through delivery.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead product development initiatives from planning through delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects organized, manage timelines and dependencies, solve problems, and ensure initiatives are delivered smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, stepping into different areas when needed, and taking ownership of whatever is required to move the work forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business goals and define the work needed to deliver an initiative.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, business analysis, architecture, QA, and other teams.
- Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
- Manage scope, timelines, priorities, and resources, and raise concerns early.
- Gather requirements, document processes, and clarify details when needed.
- Step into business analysis, product, development coordination, or other areas when required to keep work moving.
- Coordinate release planning and go-live readiness.
- Facilitate planning meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and other project meetings.




- Work with vendors or external partners when required.
- Maintain explicit and up-to-date project status, decisions, risks, and next steps.
- Take ownership of blockers and gaps and drive them toward resolution.

Requirements

- 7-10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a product development environment.
- Experience playing multiple roles, such as Business Analyst, Product, Development, or Project/Program Management.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping into different roles based on what the project needs.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and working closely with development teams.
- Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Ability to scope work, set priorities, and manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proactive and willing to take on responsibilities outside the traditional role when needed to move things forward.
- Ability to identify gaps, remove blockers, and find practical solutions rather than waiting for someone else to take ownership.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a “get it done” mindset.
