- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass & Above
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with local communities and organisations.
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits within the assigned taluk.
- Ability to organise programmes, maintain records, and submit reports.
- Previous experience in social work or community development is an advantage, if applicable.
