We are looking for a dependable Personal Assistant to support a retired Director and senior citizen with computer work, correspondence, appointments and day-to-day coordination. This is a stable, long-term role in Basavanagudi / Gandhi Bazaar, Bengaluru. No nursing, lifting or personal-care duties are required.

JOB DETAILS

Salary: Rs.20,000–Rs.25,000 per month, depending on capability.

Hours: 10 AM–6 PM, six days a week, including a one-hour break.

Full-time, in person. Food provided. Probation: 3 months.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Manage emails, correspondence, online searches and documents.

- Use Word, Excel, email, Google tools and a smartphone for everyday work.

- Help with online shopping, authorised payments, purchases and vendor follow-up.

- Schedule doctor appointments, coordinate prescribed medicine purchases and reminders as instructed, and organise medical records.

- Coordinate daily personal and administrative tasks and handle confidential information carefully.

- Use ChatGPT and other helpful AI tools, with a willingness to learn.

WHAT WE NEED

- Minimum PUC / 12th pass.

- Good working English for speaking, reading and writing; conversational Kannada and basic spoken Hindi. Kannada reading or writing is not required.

- Practical computer and smartphone skills, including Word, Excel, email and internet use.

- Good understanding, sound judgment, patience, discretion and reliable follow-through.





- Ability to commute reliably to Basavanagudi / Gandhi Bazaar and arrive on time each working day.

RELEVANT BACKGROUNDS

Candidates from administration, personal assistance, customer support, BPO/call centres, front office or hospital coordination are welcome. Previous Personal Assistant experience is not essential. Practical AI experience is helpful, but willingness to learn is sufficient. Candidates with limited experience and strong practical skills may also apply.
