Job Description
We are hiring motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Loan Recovery Executive / Field Collection Executive for an NBFC. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on overdue loan payments, and assisting with timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers' homes or offices for follow-ups on overdue EMIs and pending loan payments.
- Contact customers and remind them about outstanding dues and repayment schedules.
- Explain repayment options and assist customers with payment procedures.
- Follow up with customers to achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, interactions, payment commitments, and recovery status.
- Handle customer queries professionally and follow company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in loan recovery, field collections, BPO, telecalling, or banking/financial services will be preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work towards collection targets.
