We are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts professional with prior experience working in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm. The candidate should have a positive understanding of auditing, financial statements, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing audit plans and audit programs.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
- Perform reconciliations of GST returns, ledgers, books of accounts and accounting software.
- Coordinate with management and relevant teams to collect audit-related information.
- Stay updated on applicable GST and TDS regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
Requirements
- B.Com graduate or CA pursuing candidate.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a CA firm is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of auditing, accounting and financial statement preparation.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Important Note
Candidates currently pursuing CA must be comfortable managing their studies alongside work without requiring examination leave.
