Position: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Mandatory)
- Master’s degree in Education (preferred)
- E.C.C.Ed (Early Childhood Care and Education) – Mandatory

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pre-primary/early childhood education

Age Criteria:

- Above 35 years

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all academic and administrative activities in the pre-primary section
- Guide and support teachers in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and classroom management




- Ensure implementation of child-centric teaching practices and activity-based learning
- Conduct regular observations, provide feedback, and arrange training sessions for teachers
- Maintain effective communication with parents and management
- Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, child-friendly, and innovative teaching approach
- Ability to mentor and motivate teachers

Salary: As per experience and qualifications

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
