Key Responsibilities

1. Track Safety & Monitoring

Monitor the Go-Karting track continuously during operating sessions. Ensure customers follow all track safety rules and instructions.

Observe kart movements and identify unsafe driving or dangerous situations.

Ensure proper spacing between karts as instructed by the Track Manager. Monitor track entry and exit points. Ensure no unauthorised person enters the track.

Immediately report unsafe track conditions to the Track Manager. Ensure the track remains clear of obstacles or debris.

2. Flag & Signal Operations

Learn and correctly use all required Go-Karting flags and track signals.

Use appropriate signals to communicate with drivers during a session.

Immediately signal the Track Manager in case of an accident, stopped kart or another emergency.

Ensure drivers respond appropriately to safety signals.

Maintain constant communication with other marshals and the Track Manager.

3. Customer Safety

Assist customers with basic safety instructions before entering the track. Ensure customers are wearing required safety equipment, including helmets. Assist customers while entering and exiting the Go-Kart where required. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure compliance with track rules. Politely warn customers who are driving dangerously or violating safety instructions. Escalate repeated or serious violations to the Track Manager.

4. Kart & Track Assistance

Assist with protected recovery of stopped or disabled karts as instructed. Assist customers whose karts have stopped on the track.



Follow the prescribed procedure before approaching or recovering a stopped kart. Assist with moving karts to designated areas when required. Coordinate with the technical/maintenance team for kart-related issues. Report unusual sounds, damage, mechanical issues or other abnormalities noticed during operations.

5. Accident & Emergency Response

Respond immediately to accidents, collisions, stopped karts or other incidents. Follow the company's emergency and incident-response procedures. Alert the Track Manager immediately during an incident. Assist in securing the affected area. Help prevent other karts from approaching an incident area. Assist customers safely during an emergency evacuation or track stoppage. Do not attempt repairs or actions beyond the marshal's training and authority. Record or report incidents as instructed by the Track Manager.

6. Opening & Closing Duties

Assist with pre-opening track safety inspections. Check track barriers, tyres, fencing, signage and safety equipment. Ensure marshal stations are ready before operations begin. Check that required safety equipment is available and in usable condition. Assist with end-of-day track inspection and closing procedures.

7. Teamwork & Communication

Maintain constant communication with the Track Manager and other marshals. Attend daily safety and operational briefings. Follow instructions from the Track Manager and management. Work as part of a coordinated track operations team. Immediately report any safety concern, customer issue or equipment problem.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
