- evelop and implement training strategies for all QSR outlets and franchise locations.
- Create onboarding and induction programs for recent employees.
- Design training modules for kitchen operations, service, SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and customer service.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Train Restaurant Managers, Team Leaders, and Franchise Owners on operational standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance reviews.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training reports.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans for employees.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, and company SOPs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
