Location: Panipat, Haryana

We are looking for an experienced Packing Lead Engineer to manage packing line operations, maintenance, and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead packing line operations and maintenance activities.

- Ensure equipment availability and minimize breakdowns.

- Troubleshoot conveyors, palletizers, depalletizers, and stretch wrappers.

- Maintain bagging machines, filling machines, and barcode/label printers.

- Handle robotics and automation systems.

- Monitor MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and packing line efficiency.

- Execute shutdown planning and maintenance activities.

- Implement RCA, CAPA, and Kaizen initiatives.

Required Skills:

Experience with industrial packaging machinery

Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance

Understanding of OEE, MTTR, MTBF, RCA, and CAPA

Strong troubleshooting and team leadership skills
