Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise fabrication operations in the steel industry.
- Plan and execute fabrication activities as per production schedules and project requirements.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
- Handle fabrication drawings, material planning, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and project teams.
- Monitor productivity, material utilization, and fabrication costs.
- Lead the fabrication team and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
