About the Role

Diligence Certifications is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Client Acquisition Associates. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, explaining our certification and compliance services, and building long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in sales, business development, client communication, and acquiring practical corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant certification and compliance services, including BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, and other applicable services.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with current and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and certification teams to address client queries.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Work towards assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and emails.
- Basic negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Willingness to learn about certification and regulatory compliance services.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work towards targets.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates from any discipline can apply; BBA/MBA candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with up to one year of experience in sales, lead generation, customer relations, or business development may also apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from our Noida, Sector 63 office.
