- Create, evaluate, and manage nursing duty rosters, shift allocations, and attendance logs to ensure adequate department coverage while managing labor costs.
- Conduct continuous clinical audits and rounds to monitor nursing competencies, operational standards, and documentation accuracy.
- Support Human Resources in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding newly recruited nurses and care assistants.
- Plan and execute continuous education, training programs, and clinical certifications for nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to design, update, and evaluate customized patient care pathways.
- Facilitate seamless patient transfers between levels of care .
- Serve as the primary mediator explaining diagnoses, healthcare resources, and treatment plans to patients and their family members.
- Maintain strict adherence to local healthcare regulations, infection control policies, and patient privacy standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
