We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor and customer accounts, purchase and sales entries, GST compliance, inventory-related accounting, and payment processing. The candidate should have experience in accounting, preferably in the apparel, garment manufacturing, or fashion retail industry.

Job Description – Accounts Executive

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform regular reconciliations.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Process vendor payments as per approved payment schedules and due dates.
- Handle bank reconciliation and maintain banking transaction records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accounting records for fabrics, trims, job work, garment production, and finished goods.




- Prepare accounts-related MIS reports, expense statements, and outstanding reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoices, payments, and accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly closing, audits, and maintenance of proper accounting documentation.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Experience in the apparel, garment manufacturing, textile, fashion retail, or trading industry will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Positive numerical, analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
