Job Title: Operations Executive – NBFC (Gold Loan)

Responsibilities:

- Handle gold loan processing and documentation.

- Maintain accurate records and update loan details in the system.

- Manage loan disbursement, renewals, repayments, and closures.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with branch staff and support daily operations.

Requirements:

- Graduation in any discipline.

- Experience in gold loan, banking, or NBFC operations preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Must be smart, energetic, detail-oriented, and accurate.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
