- Develop and implement quality control systems and methodologies.
- Create control plans, inspection criteria, and process FMEAs for recent and existing products.
- Conduct measurement system analysis (gauge R&R;, linearity, bias).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance and SPC charts.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Lead first article inspections and PPAP submissions.
- Investigate defects, troubleshoot production issues, and develop corrective actions.
- Ensure workflows and processes comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
