About Healing Hands Clinic

Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a friendly, well-organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Executive to manage front-office operations and ensure a smooth experience for patients visiting our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Communicate effectively with patients in Kannada and English.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain patient records, appointment logs, and other front-desk documentation.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements





- Valuable verbal communication skills in Kannada and English are mandatory.
- Previous experience in front-office, reception, customer service, or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or appointment management systems.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle patients professionally.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
