- Responsible for leading the design and development of automotive Exterior Trim systems across the complete product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Styling feasibility, concept design, detailed engineering - Validation, prototype coordination, issue resolution - Design of Front & Rear Bumper/Fascia, Side Moldings, Exterior Covers - Coordination with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Prepare DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS - Review CAE/FEA reports and implement improvements - 3D/2D CAD modeling using Creo / CATIA V5/V6 - GD&T; drawings and PLM/Teamcenter data management
