Senior Team Lead | ET&P; – Solution Architecture & Digital Transformation Location: Sewri, Mumbai The team Enterprise Technology & Performance focuses on enabling organizations to achieve business transformation through innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions. The team delivers complex digital platforms, enterprise architecture, cloud transformations, and data-driven solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. Your work profile

- Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Analyze business and technical requirements, translating complex needs into practical and effective enterprise technology solutions.

- Drive end-to-end system integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise platforms, applications, and third-party technologies.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical architects, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards,



solution blueprints, and technology roadmaps for large-scale digital transformation programs.

- Oversee comprehensive documentation of solution architecture, system designs, integration frameworks, and implementation processes to ensure clarity, governance, and continuity.

Key skills required

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale application delivery.

- Demonstrated experience in at least two large-scale projects serving more than 10 lakh users for B2C applications, involving enterprise architecture, data architecture, and cloud implementation.

- Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP Commerce, Salesforce CRM, or custom enterprise applications with team sizes of 30+ resources.

- Solid expertise in solution architecture, enterprise architecture frameworks, application modernization, and cloud-native solution design.

- Hands-on experience with system integration, API architecture, microservices, cloud platforms, and data management frameworks.
